Natalie & Michael - July 23rd, 2011

Natalie & Michael were married at the lovely church of St Andrew's in Witchford, Near Ely this morning with the reception being held in the same village at Needhams Restuarant. A great day with some fun as well.

Welcome to our new block interface

I felt an update was needed for the blog again.  This meant that a new blog address had to be used, so the past blogs can no longer be read, which is a bit if a pain.  I think the new look interface is a vast improvement though.

Saturday July 16th

What a wet day!  I was soaked a couple of times today.  Gemma & Jamie were married today at St Leonards church, Little Downham nr Ely.  I was with Gemma and the girls in the morning for the preps, which was a busy time as always.  I've got some great images of guests and umbrellas arriving at the church!  A few photos of the gents before Gemma arrived.  Jamie planned a surprise for Gemma to see on leaving the church.... an Aston Martin Vantage to go to the reception in.  Gemma's face was a picture (if you'll pardon the pun).  The reception was held at Great Wilbraham Hall Barns, and although it rained on arrival there was a clear spell just long enough to get the photos done.  Speeches, cake cut and first dance then I was off home.

Saturday July 9th

Stephanie & Jamie were married today at St Mary's Church, Ely and the reception was held at the Maltings in Ely.  The weather stayed good for us!  Stephanie arrived at the church in a lovely vintage style car looking very radiant.  A lovely service, some photos at the church then off to the Maltings.  A few more photos, a cake cut and my days was done.

Saturday July 2nd

I'm off to Woodhall Manor nr Woodbridge in Suffolk today for the wedding of Laura & Jason.  The sun is shinning and the sky is blue.  Great venue to work at as well.  I'm here from preps to first dance today.  The girls all look lovely and the colour scheme was a bright orange.  The gents looked very smart as well! The ceremony was held outside in the sunshine.  Photos done, it was inside for the wedding breakfast.  The room looked lovely decorated in orange.  The evening soon came around and with the first dance done I was off home. 

Sunday June 26th

What a lovely hot and sunny day for a photo-shoot in the park.  Laura & Jason have been looking forward to today.  Pocket Park in Ely is a lovely place for an environmental photo-shoot and we certainly got some great images, one of which will be used as a signing board at the wedding reception on Saturday July 2nd.

Saturday June 18th

A busy Saturday morning today with two portrait sessions in the studio.  The first portrait session was with Lucy, Nick, Amelia and Archie the dog! We had quite a laugh with Archie doing his best to steal the show.  Amelia is such a good girl.  Thank you mum and dad.
